  Every time we come here we have issues. The owners are such cheap skates & are very rude along with some of their older employees. They charge for EVERYTHING they possibly can, including putting sauce on the side of your food instead of on it. They keep used gift cards to reuse them so they don't have to buy more. Today, they told me that I couldn't have pepperjack cheese on my chicken sandwich because it was specifically for the flamethrower burger before they slammed the drive thru window shut while I was still talking to them. What happened to the customer always being right?!? More often than not, they give us our ice cream & then we wait 30 + minutes for our food while our ice cream melts or we're forced to let our kids eat their ice cream before their food while we sit in the car in the parking lot waiting. It's too bad that these people have such horrible customer service in a small town. They are definitely not a place that we support regularly since they are such hard noses about everything.

  I love eating at the Springerville DQ! I love their crispy chicken salad. They are also one of the few existing DQs that offer food. Their chicken tenders are the bomb! When my daughter and grandkids visit, the first place they want to go is to DQ! They pretty much offer all the things you will see advertised for DQ. Mrs. Belshi runs her DQ just like a hometown business should be! Serving the community and welcoming all new customers visiting our community.
